A Wholesale Seafood Business Registration is required for any business that operates at a New York City designated public wholesale market and in sells seafood for resale to the public. A business that sells seafood that has been processed and packaged by another business is not considered a wholesaler. Wholesale Seafood Business Registrations expire every (3) three years.
