State Liquor Authority

Warehouse Permits allow businesses to store alcoholic beverages off-site. This permit is issued by the New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA).

The following items are required:

A diagram of the area;
Proof of liability insurance;
Interior and exterior photographs; and
a $5,000 penal bond.

Please note that the bond must have the name and address of the location typed exactly as it appears on the application. The bond must be signed. Incorrect bonds will lead to an application's rejection.
